We spent one fantastic week in Mlada Boleslav in the Czech Republic, where Masholand has created two large murals for the @mestogalerie Urban Art Festival.

🌞 This mural was a very important piece for Masholand: it explores the childhood memories related to the Czech Republic and combines them with the symbolism of the country.

🦁 I dedicate this wall to my dear friend @ruskabadriashvili: Now you are two lions in one - bravest, strongest and fiercest you have ever been.

🌟As for the murals, I combined the old Masholand style with the new direction for a smoother transition of what Masholand has been and what it’s going to become.

Masho Margishvili is a multidisciplinary artist, illustrator and mural painter based in Tbilisi, Georgia, working with clients locally and internationally. With over a decade of experience across illustration, murals, graphic design and animation, her work lives at the intersection of storytelling, symbolism and world-building.
She is the creator of Masholand, a parallel universe with its own mythology, creatures and geography, which serves as the creative foundation of much of her practice. Her work has been featured in galleries and exhibitions across Georgia and internationally, with collaborations spanning brands, cultural institutions, agencies and festivals.
Available for mural commissions, brand illustration, and creative concept direction.
