Wescover is here to make sure your unique piece arrives as planned and protect your order with the Wescover Buyer Guarantee.

Keep in mind, every Creator on Wescover sells their work directly and has their own policy. Make sure you check on each item page on Wescover about the item creation time, shipping times, and return policies. Shipping is fulfilled directly by the Creator and each Creator has their own policies. In cases of an item not arriving or arriving on time as agreed upon via Wescover messages, we are here to help resolve the issue and refund your purchase.

The Basics Before You Order:

  1. Check the shipping policy and read the item description before you order.
  2. Keep in mind, shipping time and cost may depend on where the Creator is located in relation to you. When in doubt, order from a local Creator and you’re likely to have a faster delivery and lower shipping cost.
  3. If you have questions, click the button to “Ask the Creator!”
  4. Send messages and purchase directly on Wescover so you are covered by the Wescover Buyer Guarantee.

Where to Find a Creator’s Shipping Policy:

Every creator has their own policy and you can find it on their item pages:

  1. Visit the page of the item you’re interested in.
  2. Look for the section titled “Creation & Shipping”
  3. If you have questions about the item’s shipping cost or timing, click the button to “Ask the Creator” and let them know your location for an estimate.

How to Ensure You're Covered by the Wescover Buyer Guarantee

Keep all conversations and transactions on Wescover so, in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive as agreed upon, we can help resolve the issue. If a conversation is taken off Wescover prior to transacting we may not be able to assist with any problems related to your order. Creators should not ask you to go to a third-party website or make a purchase off Wescover.

How to Get Help with an Item Purchased on Wescover

  1. Reach out to the Creator first if you have a problem with your order or shipping.
  2. If you contacted the creator about an order, and the creator hasn’t responded in a reasonable amount of time or you are not happy with the response you can contact our support - marketplace@wescover.com
  3. In the event of a non-delivery (an item was not sent to the address provided on Wescover) or if an item you receive is not as described (if the buyer can demonstrate that it is significantly different from the agreed description of the item, for example size), contact us at marketplace@wescover.com.
