Shawn Button is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based between Los Angeles and Joshua Tree. He creates sculptural works and immersive environments that merge light, glass, and elemental materials to explore transformation, consciousness, and rebirth.
His pieces often draw from desert landscapes, Minoan and Greek mythology, and solar symbolism, weaving together the physical and the metaphysical. Whether casting stained glass into concrete or carving labyrinth-like grooves into stone, Shawn treats each work as an energetic vessel — a portal between the seen and unseen worlds.

His ongoing projects — including The Meltdown, a hilltop desert retreat, and Otherside, a vintage artist cabin in Echo Park — expand this vision into living architecture, transforming space itself into art.
