Story: I grew up in Barranquilla, Colombia minutes from the Caribbean. We went to the beach often, and I remember playing along the shore for hours — looking for sand dollars, watching the foam form at the water's edge. The ocean has always grounded me. It makes me feel small in exactly the right way. The Wave was made in 2020. Everything was uncertain. My husband had just lost his job. I had stepped out on my own as an artist. I kept coming back to one thought: everything comes in waves. You just have to ride them. The circular details in the rope — those are sand dollars. It hangs in my home, behind my baby's bed.

Handmade fiber art and botanical work. Slow making. Intentional sourcing.

Fiber art. Botanical work. Textile curation.

I'm a Colombian artist working from a shared studio in Incline Village, Nevada, at the edge of Lake Tahoe, where the light and seasons shape everything I make.

My practice is built around slow making and intentional sourcing. Natural fibers, botanical materials, handmade processes that take time. Original works and curated artisan goods sourced from Colombia, Morocco, and around the world, each piece carries its story with it.
