The Tronco Swing is a suspended sculptural seat in mirror-polished stainless steel and fabric by Nitush Aroosh, part of the Tronco Collection (2023–2025). Its base carries the same folded, pressure-marked surfaces found across the series, suspended on cables in a way that holds steel's natural solidity in direct tension with the lightness of being airborne.
Shaped through hydroforming and finished by hand, the base bears the Tronco signature: folds and impressions that register the force of making, set against the softness of the cushion above.
Where the benches and tables suggest movement, the Swing enacts it — shifting gently in use, catching light from constantly changing angles, making the act of sitting as much about visual experience as physical rest.
Nitush Aroosh is a collectible design studio founded in New Delhi by brothers Nitush and Aroosh Mahipal — self-taught makers who transform stainless steel through hydroforming and hand-hammering into sculptural furniture and lighting.
