The Sigil Crest Wall Sconce is a sculptural stainless steel and selenite wall light by Nitush Aroosh, part of the Sigil Collection. Its undulating steel body cradles a column of selenite that emits a warm, candle-like glow — the translucent stone diffusing light softly while the polished steel catches and redistributes the ambient light around it.
Each piece is formed from stainless steel through hydroforming and hand-working, developing surfaces that carry the quality of aged metal objects. The natural stone elements — alabaster and selenite — are selected for their translucency and capacity to receive and emit diffused light.
The steel captures and scatters ambient light; the stone absorbs and re-emits it as a warm, soft glow. Together they create a lighting atmosphere that is intimate and contemplative — closer in character to candlelight than to conventional electric sources.
Compact and precisely proportioned, the sconce suits living rooms, bedrooms, corridors, and hospitality settings where considered, intimate lighting is valued. Handcrafted and customisable, each piece is unique in its finished detail.
