When making a statement is as important, or perhaps more important than practicality. This is a coffee table, but there are no flat surfaces on it. The top is curved in both directions. All the stainless steel (apart from the small tubes) is curved. Surfaces are all fluid and full of intent. The mica-tinted epoxy stripes are parametric in that their width changes in response to the variable width of the table. The result is maybe more dynamic sculpture than static coffee table.

Visually what attracts you? Break it down to its primitive form. Is it carefully controlled spline curves driving compound-curvature surfaces that please the eye and moves the soul? If so, you're in luck. Colin digitally creates organic shapes that are then CNC machined and hand finished. Each piece is made to order by the artist in his one-man shop. It's art furniture. It's the opposite of IKEA, functional but not too functional.
