Inspired by antique Caucasian Shirvan rugs, this 4x4 classic style rug from the Burano Collection by Rug & Kilim showcases a montage of distinguished pictorial patterns. The rustic drawing captures the eye with a union of geometric designs, traditional motifs & pictorial representation of camels in chocolate brown, gold, rust red standing proud on charcoal black for refined take in nomadic aesthetics.

Connoisseurs may note traditional motifs in similar colorways on the borders with black fringes for an added dimensionality. Hand-knotted in wool, a high-end contemporary take on a rare classic.

In 1989, Rug & Kilim celebrated a major milestone with the opening of its second store in Morristown, New Jersey. The business quickly established itself as a national source for the finest Oriental rugs, offering a wide-ranging collection from Persia, Tibet, India, Pakistan, Russia, and China. Known for its expertise, curated selection, and exceptional customer service, Rug & Kilim became synonymous with quality, integrity, and a deep understanding of color and design.
