Piper was a gorgeous marble tabby, maybe a Bengal or Bengal mix, who showed up one morning at my third-floor apartment. She walked right in, hopped on my desk, and acted like she had always lived there 😸. She napped, demanded pets, and made herself completely at home! We posted signs and put her photo on Facebook to look for her real owners. Two days later we found them, and we had to give her back. 😿 It was tough, but I’ll always remember her ❤️.
