Inspired by the precision of origami paper folding and translated into high-fired stoneware ceramic, the Origami Bloom pendant transforms geometric folds into a soft architectural lighting object. Origami Bloom explores the tension between softness and structure. While inspired by folded paper forms, the design is meticulously handcrafted in ceramic — a material rarely associated with such sharp geometry and crisp edges.
Each fold is carefully refined and hand-finished to achieve precise lines while preserving the tactile character of clay.
The resulting form balances:
