Made using a blasted and brushed technique, this set of pieces marries naturalistic forms with Art Deco design. The artwork is comprised of wood with blasted sand, enamel, and paint. The original color is an Olive Brown, with New Zealand Pine. Two inch half diameter spheres are shaped just on the sides of the artwork for an added statement.
This artwork is inspired by shapes that are creative, break barriers, and are outside the box. The framing can be customized to a rich brown or black as desired. The artwork is packed and shipped meticulously with several layers of foam. Each artwork comes with French cleat hardware for a secure hanging and installation.
This artwork was a spontaneously inspired piece, played with, re-instituted, until it was just right in our home studio in Central Texas. Krista is inspired by brutalist and neo-deco, curves and the way light plays with structure. All Blank Space Studios artworks are heavy duty and designed to last.
Comes with French cleat hardware for hanging.
