Motif is a handwoven natural fibre rug from our Tribal Collection, crafted by skilled artisans on a foundation of Bushveld Tan bouclé yarn from our Texture Collection. Known for its warm tone and softly looped mohair surface, Bushveld Tan creates a tactile base that brings depth and natural warmth to the design.
The pattern is expressed through Etosha bouclé yarn, another texture yarn formed from natural mohair curls. Etosha introduces a lighter tonal counterpoint, adding gentle highlights and subtle dimension across the Bushveld Tan base. The interplay between these two textured fibres creates a layered, rhythmic surface defined by soft tonal shifts and organic movement.
