The sophisticated and sought-after nuances of Palissandro Blu Nuvolato marble, here result of careful handcraft through its extra-thinness, are juxtaposed to hand-ground crystal slab, featuring a mirror gradient. This innovative manufacturing technique provides the unforeseen trompe-l’oeil effect of a solid marble surface almost fading into the wall, indissolubly blending the objective and subjective dimensions through thin and lightweight materials layering. Together with a frameless and sleek appearance, a faint tilt provides a further twist in the subject perception, increasing the engagement and highlighting the unexpected two-dimensional materiality of this décor mirror composition.
