This portrait is painting in acrylic paint on a stretched canvas. In 2024, I photographed this beautiful woman in Tanzania. She was a Maasai chief's wife, but this chief was quite wealthy and owned many cattle and thus had many wives. I was given the opportunity to photograph four of his wives and this is the last painting of the series.

Artist Joanne Beaule Ruggles has created a unique embossed drawing of a woman’s corset from the 1940s / 1950s. It is perfect hanging on the walls of my salon because I have used vintage artifacts as decorative items. This artwork is a great addition to my decor and elicits interest and comments on a regular basis.
