"Love " explores the fragile tension between warmth and darkness, joy and pain, closeness and distance. In the painting, vivid reds, pinks and fiery oranges evoke the heat, passion and vitality of love, while deep blacks, purples and cold shadows suggest suffering, fear, loneliness and the moments when love becomes difficult.
These emotions do not exist separately. They overlap, collide and dissolve into one another, just as they do in real relationships. Love is not always gentle or easy; sometimes it hurts, leaves wounds, and forces us to confront the darkest parts of ourselves.
At the centre of the painting, visible cracks and delicate traces resemble tears flowing like a river. They become a passage through the layers of emotion—a stream carrying both pain and tenderness. The cracks suggest something broken, but also something alive: an opening through which feelings can emerge and transform.
The intense colours seem to fight against the darkness, constantly shifting between attraction and conflict, fire and cold, hope and despair.
Ultimately, "Love" leaves a question open to the viewer: which side is stronger—the light of love or the darkness of pain?
