Lavender bone inlay mirror in an art deco chevron. A purple wall mirror for a bedroom, dresser, hallway or entryway.
◤ Stepped, not flat
The frame steps down in tiers toward the glass. An outer band of chevrons, then a recess, then a run of narrowing bone stripes that draws the eye inward. That stepped profile is where the art deco lineage sits, and it is why the frame throws real shadow across itself as the light moves.
Every chevron is two pieces of bone cut and set at an angle, and every stripe on the inner steps is another. A frame this size runs to several hundred separate pieces, each one placed by hand.
🪻 On the colour
Lavender is the shade this workshop has done best, and it is the reason this mirror exists as its own piece rather than a colour option. Against a room of neutrals it does something a black or white frame cannot, which is hold the wall as a colour first and a mirror second.
It shifts through the day. Cool and grey toward morning, warmer and closer to lilac under lamplight.

Crated for transit and shipped tracked from India.
Every piece is insured in transit. If a mirror arrives seriously damaged we replace it. If the damage is minor and can be put right where you are, we cover the repair.
