Experience the architectural elegance of the Ming Dynasty. A timeless legacy, breathing in your living space.
The Concept
Inspired by the authentic Palace Museum prototype personally designated by Emperor Qianlong, this 1:1 master replica by designers Yuchen and Judy is a true evolution of classical seating. Originally crafted exclusively for the Emperor, its commanding presence is today highly sought after in elite private banquets and global international conferences. It transcends mere seating to become a dual triumph of wealth exteriorization and heritage. By bridging traditional Eastern philosophy with the sophisticated aesthetic of Western executive spaces, this set brings an undeniable air of nobility and power into the modern interior.
The Craft and Material
The set is meticulously executed in the legendary Imperial Midnight Black-Gold timber. The defining characteristic of this rare material is its profound, extreme dark hue, animated by piercing, cold gold flashes that dance gracefully within the deep black. Boasting a water-sinking density, the wood offers a majestic "Sea-Calming" weight and presence. This exceptional physical density not only ensures structural immortality but permanently locks in its eternal value as a true generational heirloom.
The Ornamentation: Features exquisite hand-carved motifs on the backsplat, symbolizing continuous vitality, noble temperament, and scholarly elegance.
The Joinery: Purely handmade using traditional nail-free mortise and tenon construction, ensuring supreme structural integrity and a seamless aesthetic for centuries.
The Finish: A natural deep luster highlights the internal black-gold textures, creating a commanding visual effect that shifts with the ambient light.
100% Handcrafted. 1:1 Palace Museum Replica. Sinking-Class Density.
