Handcrafted highly figured curly maple low side table for living room, den, or bedroom. Each table top is booked matched, cut from a single piece of lumber, sliced in half, and glued together to form a mirror image on the tops and lower shelf. These are often ordered as a pair.
These are very unique tables with gentle curved legs, also made from solid curly maple. The legs follow the figured grain of the curly maple timbers. The top is gently rounded over on the upper and lower edges, for a soft feel. The tables are finished with 5 coats of hand rubbed varnish/oil finish, with two coats of a durable paste wax applied.
