The material is 100% Polyester Macrame fiber chords. Keep in mind, the chords are layered so there's extra enforcement. Stain and mildew resistant as well as water proof.

HELLO, I’M KIM HILL. MUTI-DISCIPLINARY ARTIST. INTERIOR, TEXTILE & FURNITURE DESIGNER. BOY MOM.

My name is kim hill. I made music for over 20 years and toured the world, did tv and indie films, had a record breaking NYT Op Doc about my life and then 2020 arrived. That challenging time pushed me to redesign my entire home, create language through textiles, weave with rope and macrame and use fine art for storytelling. My chair sculptures took off like wildfire which led to being the 1st Black furniture designer in Bloomingdales; and my transition into Interior design inevitable. My work can also be seen in museums, private collections, boutique hotels and curated private and public spaces. Thank you for stopping by… I hope you like it here.
