When I began this work, I was reflecting on the ever-present nature of change and the subtle ways we are affected by the vibrations around us. Mood is a perfect example — the energy of a person or environment can shift how we feel in an instant. Yet, when we are aware of this, we have the power to counterbalance those influences through our own thoughts and responses.
