This textile sculpture explores the phenomenon of fragmented light within a botanical ecosystem. The artwork captures the contrasting moment when sunbeams pierce the density of the tree canopy, translating an intangible element into a physical, tactile presence. The dense surface, rendered in a deep botanical green, represents the compact mass of foliage, which gradually and deliberately unravels into freefall. The long cotton fibers cascade fluidly, materializing the shafts of light that reach the forest floor. Through this rhythmic transition from tight knot to loose fiber, the piece explores the boundary between structure, collapse, and suspended motion. Mounted on a native branch, the artwork never remains static. As the room's natural light shifts throughout the day, the piece projects a continuous dance of light and shadow upon the wall, becoming a living visual organism.

My practice focuses on contemporary fiber art, exploring the intersection between structure, organic form, and spatial perception.

My work unfolds as a system of tensions rather than a composition. Through knots, lines, and interruptions, I construct textile
surfaces that behave like living membranes -- unstable, porous, and in constant negotiation between structure and collapse.
The integration of branches introduces a second logic: one that is not designed but grown.
Between these two forces - the woven and the organic -- the work becomes a space where control loosens and
matter begins to speak on its own.
I am not interested in decoration, but in the moment when form begins to shift, when structure becomes movement,
and when a line stops dividing and starts connecting.
Each piece is a fragment of a larger, ongoing process of becoming.
