Scalloped bone inlay wall mirror, each rib cut and set by hand from natural bone. A wavy rectangle vanity mirror for the bathroom, bedroom, entryway or hallway.
🌊 Set by hand, rib by rib
Every rib on this frame is a separate strip of buffalo bone, cut, shaped and laid edge to edge. You can see the seam between each one, and the faint shift in tone that only natural bone gives you.
The wavy outline is the slow part. A square frame gets mitred at four corners. A scalloped frame is cut and shaped by hand the whole way round, and every rib sitting on a curve is a different length from the one beside it.
