Inspired by architectural patterns we discovered during our travels, the Nue Curtain brings the quiet beauty of arches and repeating structural motifs into a modern textile. Rows of carved forms and rhythmic lines are reimagined here as a bold yet grounded pattern – creating a sculptural feel as the curtain moves and catches the light. Hand block printed by skilled artisans using natural plant and mineral dyes, its deep earthy black paired with soft neutral lines makes it easy to style in both minimal and eclectic homes.
Thoughtful craftsmanship and heritage techniques make this curtain more than decor – it’s a piece that carries artistry and story. Its clean, linear repetition adds depth, offering a timeless look that feels collected, calm, and beautifully intentional.

HEADER
• 3" rod pocket -> The header of the curtain is a 3" (7.6 cm) rod pocket with back tabs, so you can slide your curtain rod through it and have a wonderfully hand made curtain to light up any room.

Block Printing Process:

Block Printing is an ancient printing technique especially with the use of vegetable dyes. After the wooden block is carved with the pattern, the fabric is then prepared with multiple washes to make the fiber ready to take the dye. With the process of multiple printings and washing before the final product is placed in a dye bath of flowers and barks, the fabric goes through the hands of the block printer and dyer with utmost care. That same care is passed onto the consumer who wishes to take part in this process of honoring the craft and the earth that gives us so much.
