a mistake.
The blooop series came to be from the pressure I felt to make "serious work." These forms emerge from my time in the studio as I combine wheel thrown parts. They are playful, loud and unapologetic. After being fired in the kiln, this small sculpture is covered in rubber, creating the "oh please touch me" surface. Made entirely by hand. Signed on the bottom.
