Bloomfall is an original acrylic painting on canvas by Italian contemporary artist Dario Moschetta, part of the Sunlight Blooms series. The floral element is not constructed but released — forms appear briefly, then dissolve into chromatic gestures. A luminous turquoise field supports layers of white, green, yellow and vibrant accents. Splashes, drips and vertical movements interact across the surface, creating a sense of downward flow balanced by expansion and openness. The painting moves between abstraction and natural memory, maintaining expressive freedom while preserving visual harmony. My work is built from the street up. Layers of acrylic paint, torn paper, and glue applied directly onto canvas — worked, pressed, and left to dry rough. The surface is never smooth. It breathes, catches light unevenly, holds texture the way a city wall does after years of weather and posted bills.

I paint bodies, faces, and the pulse of urban life. Figures pulled from the crowd. Statues reinvented with textures borrowed from nature — bark, stone, organic form — set against dark, ambiguous backgrounds. Cityscapes that feel inhabited, worn, alive. The finished piece looks like something that has already lived a long life before it arrived on your wall.

Based in Padova, my work has been acquired for permanent collections across Europe and the United States, including the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris and the Torre Velasca complex in Milan. I've shown at The Other Art Fair London, Red Dot Miami, and Artrooms London, and collaborated with publishers in Miami, London, and New York.
