Originating from Turkey circa 1950-1960, a rare type of chaput kilim rug style now entering our Antique & Vintage selections. Characterized by fine detailing with the colors within the polychromatic stripes, the light & refreshing piece welcomes a departure from traditional Kilims for something so modern for its period. Existing in good condition, a 6x10 panel woven style flatweave enjoying exclusivity in color, variation & weave alike.

While multihued, the prevailing pink and gold stripes are among the most arresting, and collectible, of the colorway. A radiant, but sophisticated piece of inviting vibrance.
