This piece is a portrait of Salvador Dalí, the Spanish surreal artist, based on the famous photo by Philippe Halsman. This is a fun, whimsical piece using a bold, striking image that is instantly recognizable.

The cord used is 100% natural cotton and does not contain any polyester or acrylic (plastic) fibers. The cord is sourced from amazing family-owned businesses in Europe. The cord is certified free of harmful chemicals and features recycled high quality fibers. It is manufactured using a unique, eco-friendly process that reduces CO2 emissions and helps keep fabric out of landfills. The cord is naturally colored, and not dyed.
No hanging hardware is supplied, since there are a variety of ways to hang the piece, depending on your space. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out.

The actual piece is about 18" wide, and the dowel on which it is hanging is about 26" wide and 3/4" thick.
It measures about 32" long, and is about 1-2" thick.

The piece will be wrapped with tissue and gently folded for shipping, but it will relax and hang regularly after unwrapping and hanging.
It is shipped in a box filled with eco-peanuts (biodegradable, compostable, made from cornstarch) to help keep it from moving around during shipping. I usually ship via USPS or UPS.
