The Rainier Cabinet is a new design, as of February 2023. A custom-designed piece for a client, this cabinet is a mashup between 2 of our popular cabinet designs; The Palisade cabinet & The Shasta.
Pictured in hand-selected Black Walnut, this cabinet measures standard at 62”L x 18”D x 28”T. 24” of the total height being cabinet height, 4” being height of the base.
The top portion of this cabinet features a 6” usable height, full-width/unobstructed compartment behind two slatted-textured sliding doors. As a design element, sliding doors can be removed if in the future your home’s interior design needs change & you’d like to swap out the doors for a new texture! Top compartment features two cord an access channels at each end of cabinet. Cord access channels come standard with a perfectly fitted plug to close them if not needed.
Bottom portion of cabinet features two compartments, one behind each set of doors. Approximate usable dimensions behind doors within each compartment is 15.75”T x 30”W x 16.75”D, and come standard with an adjustable shelf in each compartment, adjustable at 2” intervals for the height of the interior. Soft Closing, stainless steel hinges, and rubbed bronze handle tabs. Each compartment has a CNC routed cord access channel at bottom center, with an included cap for when not in use/if not needed.
Base design is our standard “Arches” design, and features sliding dovetail stretcher construction. The stretchers of this base create a “shadow line” between the cabinet & base, by lifting the cabinet off of the base by 1/16” for an added effect of intentional design & detail.
