Rich has 51 years of teaching experience in arts centers in the U.S. and Canada.
She has written for Fiber Art Now, Felt, Arts ATL, Burnaway, blogs and more, and published her first children’s book, Animal Alphabet Traveling Twisters, in 2015, and a series of How To art books about Fosshape, available on Blurb, in 2019.

Leisa Rich was born and raised in Canada. After decades living, teaching and making/showing her art in the U.S., she moved back to Canada in the fall of 2020.
