The shortest of the Ziggy Lamps, this version showcases layers and layers of sand colored wood, with a cute pleated or drum shade. Ziggy lamp wood varies from light and clear like maple, to warm-brown to olive-y green, making each a one-of-a-kind. The switch is on the brass socket and the cord is 8' long. Handmade Objects for the Home

Trained as an industrial designer—with years designing for industry powerhouses like West Elm and David Weeks—Amy's work is the result of an intentional spontaneity that allows the concepts and processes of each piece to inform the final product. Each piece starts with a sketch, followed by a 3D model, glaze trials, technical drawings and, of course, numerous failed attempts.
After years of working exclusively in clay, Perch Objects has recently begun revisiting other materials — namely brass, concrete and wood — embracing a more experimental approach to the process.
