Hand-woven directly onto its custom wooden frame-loom, the technique closely approaches high-warp vertical weaving (alto lizo). By treating the wooden frame as the structural skeleton of the work, both warp and weft take center stage, establishing an intricate interplay of tension, relief, and dimensional depth.
