Twenty-Four in the Trees is a fun and beautiful art piece. With the barren but beautiful tree branches holding 24 red cardinals. The trees are a texure above the surface of the art. The base of the trees texture is made of eggshells and makes for a very rustic look. Darker to lighter colors in the tree branches indicate distance and dimension. The metallic and ink blends in the background dance when the light hits them. This was sold to a couple that had a large family and the birds represented all of the relatives. It was very fun hearing there conversation as they made a decision to buy this piece.
