The Tronco 3.0 Bench is a mirror-polished stainless steel sculptural bench by Nitush Aroosh, part of the Tronco Collection (2023–2025). Unlike earlier iterations, the 3.0 edition favours restraint — a deliberately folded surface resolved within a clean, elongated silhouette.
Each bench is produced through hydroforming and refined entirely by hand, with the characteristic folding and compression achieved through a combination of water pressure and manual working. Every crease and fold retains a record of the force that created it, lending the surface an architectural precision.
The mirror-polished finish draws the surrounding room into the form. As daylight changes, the surface bends and recomposes the reflections of viewer and space — a continuously shifting interplay of environment and material.
Hollow throughout and approximately 30% lighter than cast alternatives, the bench suits both indoor and outdoor placement, with Grade 304 stainless steel providing long-term rust resistance.
