Abstract contemporary painter

I was born in South Africa which shaped my love of color and light. After immigrating to the US, I taught art and directed summer camps for over twenty five years. Now that I am retired I am painting full time in my sunny home studio in Cary North Carolina. I love exploring and experimenting with new ways to use paint and other media, in particular the use of mark making and calligraphy in my work.
