RUSHNIK is inspired by a ritual cloth that have been used in sacred Eastern Slavic rituals and ceremonial events. The rectangular shape of the fabric indicates a life's journey. The material used is either linen or hemp. Our work is a soft minimalist interpretation of the very basic rushnik that was used as a towel. It’s natural color and ethnic ornament make it perfect for Wabi Sabi, Japandi and other eclectic interiors. It’s shape will be perfect for decorating a niche in the wall or between two windows.
