"Somewhere, something is waiting to be known." – Carl Sagan

This painting holds a lot of meaning for me. What I don't share often is that when pouring my fluid pieces, I pour the first few ribbons of color into sacred geometry shapes and patterns. I meditate on a positive affirmation while pouring the rest, and then let the colors swirl around the canvas to their own rhythm from there.

This was one of the first pieces I started doing this with, and while I'm probably biased to it, I have long felt a strong affinity for it. It was a popular piece at Spectrum Miami and got a lot of interest, but alas, each and every painting is only made for its collector, whenever they find each other.

Contemporary Art for the Soul

Lauren's work thrives on color, texture, and movement. It is infused with stories, symbolism, and a rich palette of colors that evoke the awareness of each viewer's own hero's journey. Through the fluid use of expressionist abstraction, geometric concepts that infer messages from the conscious collective, and the intentional design of light and dark elements, Lauren's work evokes universal messages both to and from the collective and she intuitively infuses these visionary concepts into each painting. The result is many rich and diverse bodies of work that personify and reflect our innate human ability to tap into and receive inspiration from the beehive of the collective consciousness that we all share.
