This flat-weave rug is part of our very personal tribute to Berber women and their iconic face tattoos, a tribute that also came in the form of a handwoven pillow. We designed it with these Berber cultural symbols in mind, celebrating a community and its cultural legacy. Meemah flat-weave rug, like all of our textile pieces, is handwoven by women artisans from the heart of the Atlas Mountains, who patiently join their forces for up to three weeks to make each rug come to life.
