The Reverie Coffee Table is a sculptural stainless steel and marble coffee table by Nitush Aroosh, part of the Reverie Collection. An oval veined marble top rests on a mirror-polished stainless steel base shaped through hydroforming — the steel expanded into a fluid, tensioned surface that stands in clear contrast to the geological stillness of the stone above.
Each base is produced through hydroforming, resulting in steel surfaces that appear to be in a state of permanent motion. The marble tops are their opposite — resolved, still, and unhurried.
The polished steel captures and bends surrounding light while the marble brings density and mineral calm to the composition. The Reverie Collection occupies the space held between these two conditions.
Sitting low and wide, the coffee table anchors any living space — marble providing weight and grounding while the steel base introduces energy and reflection around it.
Nitush Aroosh is the New Delhi-based collectible design studio of brothers Nitush and Aroosh Mahipal. Their practice uses hydroforming and hand-hammering to push stainless steel beyond its industrial origins — into forms that are fluid, reflective, and alive with light.
