Keavy Murphree is a Nashville-based ceramic artist and designer creating playful, sculptural works that blur the line between fine art and functional design. Working primarily in stoneware, she is known for her whimsical wall-mounted masks, expressive animal sculptures, and large-scale public artworks that bring personality, humor, and a sense of wonder to contemporary spaces.

Before establishing her studio practice, Murphree spent more than a decade working in industrial design and product management. That foundation continues to influence her work through an emphasis on form, craftsmanship, and the relationship between objects and the environments they inhabit.
Each piece is hand-built using traditional ceramic techniques and finished with carefully considered glazes that balance bold color, texture, and materiality. Her work explores themes of identity, connection, and playfulness, inviting viewers to find familiarity and emotion in simplified forms and exaggerated features.

Murphree's work has been featured in Luxe Interiors + Design, Veranda, Nashville Interiors, StyleBlueprint, and Nashville PBS. Her sculptures are held in private collections throughout the United States and have been exhibited in galleries and design-focused spaces nationwide.
