'Long Ago' evokes an ancient time where we were in touch with the earth in a very essential way. It is a recurring theme in my work. I think there is a reincarnation involved here somewhere.
I've hand dyed and hand painted the fabric pieces, mounted them to the wood cradle, and finished with a bit of stitching and domed metal tacks in an antique gray finish.
Each piece is mounted to an 8” x 8” x 1.5" natural wood cradled panel.
Hanging hardware is attached and a certificate of authenticity is included.
