Ron was wonderful to work with. He was engaged and communicative every step of the way. There were a couple of things that caused the work to take a bit longer, but he was on top of checking in with me and it was absolutely worth the wait. I am so happy with how the shelves turned out and it really brought my vision for the space to life. He took a lot of time packing up the shelves so that they would be safe during shipping and even sent the instructions along with the mounts, screws and drill bits needed for installation. Ron's care and expertise is clearly visible in the quality of his craftsmanship.

I was unhappy with the color I picked; and, Ron sent me the material needed to alter them at home myself free of charge. I would provide a picture but I have not hung them yet. It is on my list to do this weekend.

Our shelves looks fantastic. They are unique pieces, custom made for our house and space. Ron is above excellence in communication, which makes the whole process a pleasant experience. On top of that, he stands fully behind his work. We had an issue with some of our shelves due to shipping. I had an excellent experience working with Ron. Because I had never used this service before, I didn't really know what to expect. Ron approached the project professionally and came ready with more than one idea. I gave him a little more detail in what I was looking for and he came back with a very detailed proposal. It was complete with diagrams and a verbal description so that I could actually see what he was talking about while reading through his design. When the bench was delivered I could see that he had made exactly what I was looking for, if not better! Because of his outstanding work I'm having him make some matching chairs and some bar stools to add to my place. Ron has an outstanding work ethic and produces excellent quality pieces. He has great ideas and an eye for detail. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend his services.

Working with Ron Cramer to build a media console for our basement was wonderful. He is truly an artist and a genuinely "good guy".
