Using slabs from a fallen oak tree in CT, this client (and her family) have been able to create multiple custom live edge furniture pieces. This client was the younger sister who was gifted the oak slabs. She requested a dining table for her family home for her 40th birthday.

The longest slabs were chosen, glued together leaving the sides live edge. 6 coats of Total Boat Gleam finish for ultimate protection was a must in a house with young children. The steel legs were welded using rectangular tubing and sprayed bronze to blend in and allow the top to stand out.
