This painting is created with a «shabby textile» effect. The background of the work is made in different shades of violet, while the lilies is made in ginger gold. All surface of the painting is highlighted with light silver which gives the painting the delicate shine and emphasizes the «shabby» effect.

The sides of the canvas are part of the composition, so the painting is ready to hang without an additional frame. The hand-stretched canvas is signed on the back.

Alessia Lu is an abstract artist currently based in Yerevan, Armenia. She sees the world as colorful and vivid, full of incredible hues, forms, and textures that interact with each other. Using color in combination with texture she creates voluminous spaces on the canvas. Lu’s compositions place a strong emphasis on textures, paying special attention to industrial aesthetics. She seeks to share the magnificence, beauty, and mystique of the world through her art as well as to reflect her vision in her creations. Currently her works are in private and corporate collections internationally.
