Experience the architectural elegance of the Ming Dynasty. A timeless legacy, breathing in your living space.
The Concept
Inspired by the authentic 18th-century imperial collections of the Palace Museum, this Ming-style Horseshoe Armchair Trio is a masterly evolution of classical seating by designers Yuchen and Judy. Originally crafted exclusively for emperors and modern leaders, it transcends mere seating to become a dual triumph of heritage and elite taste. By bridging traditional Eastern philosophy with the sophisticated aesthetic of Western culture, this set brings an undeniable air of nobility and executive power into the modern space.
The Craft and Material
The set is meticulously executed in Imperial Sovereign Red Heart (Sovereign Ancestral Red-Heart). The defining characteristic of this rare timber is its unfading royal red hue that is deeply embedded in its very bones. This striking coloration serves as a powerful red totem, directly symbolizing family prosperity and the eternal succession of power. Possessing a profound density, the wood offers a majestic "Sea-Calming" presence, marking it as a true heirloom piece.
The Ornamentation: Features exquisite hand-carved motifs on the backsplat, symbolizing continuous vitality, noble temperament, and scholarly elegance.
The Joinery: Purely handmade using traditional nail-free mortise and tenon construction, ensuring supreme structural integrity and a seamless aesthetic for generations.
The Finish: A natural deep luster highlights the internal red-heart textures, creating a commanding visual effect that shifts gracefully with the light.
100% Handcrafted. Traditional Mortise and Tenon Joinery.
