Kora Large Lumbar Pillow is a slightly textured handwoven pillow where our artisans have skillfully blended handspun yarns like silk, wool and organic cotton. The beauty of this pillow is in its pure design that stands out with the use of undyed yarns left in its natural state. This classic design is hand washed in a special way so that the texture of the natural yarn becomes its own design element. Kora means raw in Hindi language and we see this textile standout with its naturally treated yarns left in their raw natural colors ( undyed ) .
As this pillow is 100% handmade from start to finish, each piece is unique and will have a slight variation which is the beauty of the handmade process. Requiring attention to detail and finishing, It takes an incredibly skillful master artisan to make this special piece which is unique to the artisan cluster it originates from.

Material: 100% Rain-fed organic cotton , hand spun silk and wool all locally and ethically sourced.
Color: White base and black pattern.
Artisan Base: Ethically hand woven by artisans in India
Wash care: Gently hand wash with cold water and hang dry or delicately dry clean only.
Inserts : High quality plush down inserts are used as fillers to make the pillow look fuller and rich. Down insert alternatives are also possible upon request. If you are looking to buy only the covers , it is possible upon request and the price will change.
