Obama’s presidency (2009–2017) featured transformative domestic and foreign policy shifts, notably passing the Affordable Care Act to expand health insurance, enacting the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to end the Great Recession, and authorizing the raid that killed Osama bin Laden. Custom art for sale, including works from my Legendary Royalty series

Growing up as a poor kid from Montgomery, AL that bounced around from city to city, my only escape from the pains of reality was through my art. Inspired by art created from my mother, I began my artistic journey at the age of five and have been creating art in one form or another since.

The art my mother created that inspired me so strongly were two drawings that was shared with me one day. One drawing was of Superman flying, and the other was a drawing of Jesus standing in front of a burning bush. From the perspective of my five year old mind those drawings were so life-like and mesmerizing. Therefore, initiating my passion for doing comic art and portraits.

I attended the Herberger College of Fine Arts at Arizona State University, building my knowledge on the fundamentals. Even though I was a drawing major, I found a passion for painting, which makes up the majority of the commissioned work I receive.

Currently I’m working on an ongoing series titled Legendary Royalty. The series focuses on individuals who have made a positive impact on society and were/are legends in their respective fields, whether it is activism, music, acting, sports, science, politics, etc.
