Those Acrylics are the essence of my work. The ones from everything started. They are big. They are colorful. They are vibrant. They are alive and they make you alive.

Look at them and you will feel swallowed by them. You are now in the painting, you are another particle, a pigment. You are part of a whole. And it makes you happy.

With my abstract fine art, I use the power of color to captivate the soul.

I am a fine art artist, deeply inspired by the vibrant colors and dynamic energy of my surroundings—nature, my family, my travels, and the diverse people I encounter. Each experience, whether joyful or poignant, informs my work, as I strive to capture and convey these emotions in their entirety.

Through my abstract art, I aim to explore the process of letting go — releasing both my own emotions and those of the viewer. My goal is to create pieces that resonate deeply, evoking feelings that may be hard to articulate but are profoundly felt. I use the power of color to captivate the soul, encouraging viewers to experience raw, unfiltered emotion rather than overanalyze or intellectualize the art. This is the beauty of the abstract, when the viewer explores the art piece that the artist has defined. That's how I would like the viewer to see my art.

Be spontaneous!

---

Born in France and raised in various countries across Africa, art has been a fundamental part of my life from an early age. It was during my studies in France that I began painting for myself, using repurposed advertising cardboard as my canvas.

Having lived in France, England, and Canada, I now reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. My artistic practice revolves around color, which is central to my abstract style. I work with acrylic, layering techniques to create texture and depth. Resin epoxy adds a unique dimension to my work, enhancing its movement and impact. Each color I use is deliberate, aiming to evoke specific emotional responses based on individual perceptions and experiences.

I have participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions, and my work is featured in private and corporate collections across the USA, Europe, Canada, and Asia. A notable project includes a heart sculpture I painted for the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation, which was displayed at Union Square in 2019 and is now part of the Genentech Campus.
