This large48 x 64” abstract artwork is one of those few works that I did have some very specific ideas for before I began. I wanted to create a monochrome gray scale painting and include large fonts and numbers in the painting. It is offered as a metal print with a sheet of 1/2 inch thick optically clear premium acrylic on the printed face.
The artwork shows obvious brush strokes , drips and splatters and some slightly defined geometric areas created by lines and the random large fonts included in the painting. At some point, the piece took on a life of it’s own. None of the splatters , drips or circular lines were things that I had in mind. Once it was finished, I thought that the curved form in the center of the painting, seemed very feminine and appealing. Hence the title.
The work is also alternatively available as a giclee print on gallery-wrapped canvas, or as a framed print on fine art board. See full variant details below.
