A narrative fiber loom weaving with heavy embroidery. I blend all types of yarn, natural materials, beads, buttons and branches into my creative eco systems. This is a 16 inch at widest part x 40 inches at longest part wall hanging. The back is lined. This can be hung off a hook , screw or nail. This was inspired by a night walk in the Fakahatchee Strand where I saw the rare and elusive Ghost Orchid Blooming. I included the Hawk Moth pollinator as well as a great horned owl and marble button moon. The setting includes Cypress trees and their stumps. This is rustic Americana folk art with a touch of art nouveau, a dash of eco sculptural weaving.
