This organic cotton table napkin blends Southwestern-inspired geometry with the softness of traditional Indian block printing. Its pattern features stepped shapes and diamond forms—motifs often seen in desert landscapes—reimagined through the gentle, hand-printed look of carved wooden blocks.
Hand printed in earthy red and dusty blue using natural dyes, each napkin carries subtle variations that highlight the artisan’s touch. Perfect for everyday meals, festive tables, or thoughtful gifting, these cotton napkins add warmth, craft, and character to any setting.
• block printed by hand using a carved wooden block
• hand dyed in Natural Dyes
• color - red, blue

ABOUT BLOCK PRINTING
Block Printing is an ancient printing technique especially with the use of vegetable dyes. After the wooden block is carved with the pattern, the fabric is then prepared with multiple washes to make the fiber ready to take the dye. With the process of multiple printings and washing before the final product is placed in a dye bath of flowers and barks, the fabric goes through the hands of the block printer and dyer with utmost care. That same care is passed onto the consumer who wishes to take part in this process of honoring the craft and the earth that gives us so much.
